Deep Depression over the west-central Bay of Bengal, centred near 17.9°N, 86.3°E as of the morning of 22 September, moving west-northwestwards at about 17 km/h. Likely to reach near the north Andhra Pradesh - south Odisha coast around the morning of 23 September. Squally winds of 55-65 km/h, gusting to 75 km/h, are likely over the west-central and adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal on 23-24 September, with heavy to very heavy rain forecast over coastal Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Telangana.
